Located in Shanghai, QA Medical is one of the largest medical catheter manufacturers in China, specializing in R & D, production, and sales of disposable sterile consumables for 20 years.
Our main products include percutaneous tracheostomy kits, tracheostomy tubes, central venous catheter kits, disposable blood pressure transducers, endotracheal tubes, catheter securement adhesive, disposable intensive care packs, etc. Most of the products have obtained CE certificates.
Our factory has 10,000 and 100,000 class cleanrooms that are certified by ISO13485:2016. The facility includes two complete production lines with extrusion machinery, servo injection molding machine, automatic blow molding machine, catheter tip forming machine, automatic assembly line, automatic blister packaging machine, etc. Our annual production capacity could reach 5 million sets of medical catheters, 2 million sets of the blood pressure transducer, 2 million sets of intensive care packs.

Tracheostomy in COVID-19
In the past one and half years, hospitals worldwide have seen an unprecedented number of patients with respiratory failure due to COVID-19. Current studies suggest that 10-15% of patients hospitalized with COVID-19 require invasive mechanical ventilation, frequently for prolonged periods. A significant proportion of patients required mechanical ventilation for more than 21 days.
